At a time in my life when I felt hopeless and consumed with depression, I discovered my authentic self through the use of plant medicine sacraments. Little could I have ever imagined that this "alternative" was the answer and the blessing that would save my life, my marriage, and my family.

I am a certified Trauma Informed Plant Medicine Facilitator, Reiki Master, Healer, Herbalist, and Spiritual/Life Coach. My speciality is working with people with trauma. I have been serving plant medicine sacraments for many years.

My intent is simple, to just "be". Be whatever is needed by whomever needs it in that moment and nothing more. Through the process of uncovering this essential beauty in my own life, I hope that through these plant medicines I can help to inspire and support others in releasing what no longer serves them to make way for greater harmony.
